Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of appointments may be subject to a charge. We accept cancellations up to 24 hours before the appointment. If the appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or if the visit is marked as a "No Show", then you will be charged $50 for your general visit. If this is an IV Infusion or Injection appointment, the fee will be $100 as we block the schedule for longer periods of time in order to focus on you and your well-being. IV Infusion and Injection appointments require preparation of medications and infusions specifically for your appointment which may not be reused. Patients that have 3 "No Show" appointments will be dismissed from the practice and no refunds will be provided.
